It’s that time of year again!  GPC’s  “LOVE Your Park” event – formerly known as Philadelphia Cares about Fairmount Park Day – will be taking place throughout the city from 9am to 12 noon on Saturday, May 8th.  EWB-MAP has began to gather a team of friends, family, and colleagues to make the parks beautiful!

Last spring, thousands of enthusiastic volunteers throughout the city painted, weeded, and planted flowers at their local parks.  You can be a part of this citywide beautification too!  Sign up with the EWB-MAP team by emailing Walt Walker.

This day is in partnership with Greater Philadelphia Cares, Fairmount Park, The Philadelphia Department of Recreation, and Philadelphia Green of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.
